Welcome to Paw Guard. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://tddvmt-yj.myshopify.com and your purchase of any products through our Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

2. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after receipt of your order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We work with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders, which may result in longer shipping times than typical retail purchases. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on individual product pages, but are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, or supplier processing time. PawGuard is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities once an order has left our fulfillment partner.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at talbra@trinitypawling.org within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or Site.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PawGuard or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
